We met in high school at 15 and 16 years old. Yes, that’s over half of our lives together!
We married in 2014 and even though it’s been 10 years, we are so grateful that we have such deep roots. It has truly shaped not only our marriage, but our relationship with the Lord. We have a respect and love for each other that was formed years before our marriage and only continues to grow as the years go by. In our wedding vows, Brett said it best, “we grew up together and now we get to grow old together.”
On a typical weekend you’ll find us grabbing coffee, going to our daughter’s soccer games, escaping to the beach or mountains. Our favorite thing to do as a family is, just be together. We have always felt the call to adoption and are excited to grow our family again through this journey.
